Our goal was to create a platform that not only connects patients but also offers emotional support and practical advice from peers in similar situations. The vision was to build an environment that fostered a sense of community and understanding among people undergoing similar health challenges.
In developing the online pharmacy platform, we set out with a clear goal: build the thing and make prescription management simpler and more intuitive for users. Our focus was not just to add another option to the digital healthcare market, but to create a solution that genuinely makes a difference in how people handle their medications

I led a team of designers and researchers, dedicating over 100+ hours to research that shaped our vision and product strategy for the digital pharmacy launch. I developed and tested core hypotheses to guide our design, ensuring decisions were data-driven and user-focused.
My collaborative leadership with a cross-functional team was key in nurturing creativity and simplifying prescription management, successfully leading the project from concept to launch and enhancing the skills of our digitally emerging design team.

These diary studies offered invaluable insights into the daily challenges and preferences of users, highlighting key areas for improvement and innovation. This approach enabled us to deeply understand the nuances of our users' experiences, directly influencing the empathetic and user-centered design of our digital pharmacy platform.
